Our Story

MK1 Investigations is Matt Nawoichik.

With over a decade of experience under my belt, I have honed my skills and techniques to create a top-tier investigative practice. I began my investigative career in 2008 in the insurance sector, working in New England to uncover fraudulent claims and suspicious activities. Over time, I trained regions of new investigators and worked into management, serving as a manager between the client and the investigator; anaylzing, assigning, and strategizing daily operations for a crew of roughly 50 investigators from an office while continuing to work part time in the field. I've expanded my reach to provide a variety of services to individuals and corporations alike, and have relocated to Southern Oregon where MK1 Investigations was born. As the founder of MK1 Investigations, I remain committed to my original mission of providing excellent investigative work with unparallelled attention to detail to my clients.

To do an eyeball search is to look for something specific with ones own unassisted eyes.

This "eyeball method" or "eyeballing" is widely recognized by pattern recognition experts as the most effective procedure for searching arbitrary and/or unknown structures in data.

The U.S. Military has adopted this type of search process and integrated it to search real-world terrain, often referring to the Mark 1 eyeball, or MK1.
